Very effective pre licensing class. I completed the condensed video’s in two days, studied using the practice quizzes and exams (there’s a ton and they’re super helpful) on day three, and passed the state exam on day 4. Super worth the value, and Jerry is easy and entertaining to listen to.

I was expecting this to be a very hard class to navigate. I was expecting this to be overwhelming. Jerry takes this information and makes it understandable AND entertaining. I really enjoyed this class and I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering entering into Real Estate.

I Passed my test on the first try. Unfortunately I was not able to study as much as I wanted to however the class material was extensive and must have stuck in my head. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable. Experience pays off everytime.
